Omniprovement is defined as the opposite of improvement. The etymology implies that omniprovement means "all proved" or "all proven." Therefore, when one is engaged in omniprovement, it is assumed that everything he is set to improve upon is already proven, and so he is destined to fail, or omniprove.
"Yo, you're trying to improve a Utopian society?? You're omniproving."

Ron Jeremy can only omniprove.

Caramel Walnut Pecan doughnuts are nothing short of perfection; they can only be omniproved upon.

Jack: It's only downhill from here, man.
John: Yep. Omniprovement from here on out.
